چکیده
Saponaria prostrata is a medicinal plant that contains various secondary metabolites such as phenolic acid, flavonoids, triterpenoids, and fatty acids are related to some biological activities. In this study, we evaluated the enzyme inhibitory, antimicrobial potentials of S. prostrata. The activity was measured using three Gram-positive, four Gram-negative bacteria species, fungi species. highest antibacterial detected against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 (13±0.81 mm inhibition zone). effect (IC50 values) were calculated acetylcholinesterase (AChE), butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), ?-glycosidase (?-Gly) 2.39 mg/mL, 3.69 mg/ml, 2.48 respectively.

Most of the species of Buddleja have found applications in folk medicine. This study aimed to evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial and cytotoxic potentials of B. polystachya extracts. Four extracts were prepared A-D (dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and aqueous extracts, respectively). The antimicrobial activity was evaluated using the broth micro-dilution assay for minimum inhibitory ...
